Background:
Appointed to the position of CEO and Office of the President of Mars in 2022.
Has been a member of the Mars Leadership Team since 2011 and has worked at the company for more than 20 years.
Has active experience across all different business segments, including Petcare, Snacking, and Food & Nutrition.
Worked at Nestlé before joining Mars.
Started his career at Stimorol Chewing Gum and has lived and worked in six different countries.
Member of the Henkel Shareholders’ Committee and also a member of the Board of Directors of the Consumer Goods Forum.
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics, an MBA, and also education in international marketing from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
2 – Claus Aagaard
Background:
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Mars, a role to which he was appointed in 2016.
Has been active at Mars for more than 20 years.
Spent 11 years at the international dairy company Arla Foods before joining Mars, where he was ultimately appointed as CFO in the UK.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grundfos and also serves on the board of Bread for the City, a non-profit organization based in Washington.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s diploma in Finance and Accounting from Herning Business School.
